For sure zone 5. 5' at zone 6 is not really physiologically doable, certainly not repeatable. When I do these I am for like 115% FTP.
Also my coach told me to aim for 20' of time in zone when doing VO2 workouts - but I was also doing them twice per week which is taxing. 25' is doable, but tough.
My sleep is all jacked, I can’t remember what is what lol.
