After 8 months, I lost 5 pounds and my A1C dropped by one point. Oh,and it made me sick to my stomach. I'm done with it. Without Ozempic I went from 280 to 230 in about 3-4 years. I lost it slowly on purpose as every time I've lost weight quickly, I've gained it back quickly. So far, so good.
