saddle setback. The seat tube is 73.5, I have very long legs for my height.... 6'3" legs on a 5'3" torso... LOL! The setback is 7.2, so actually a bit 'forward of my normal 'road'. BITD, I used 7 for crits... LOL! But being forward helps with spin... which I need to work on... ever since my health challenges these past few yrs, I've dropped comfortable cadence from 90's to low 80's - which I need to work back up. So, yeah, maybe I should push forward for a few months...
less gear size, more cowbell ! LOL !
