Do you need the brake lever closer to the handlebar? If not, you don't need the screw. If you do, unscrew the one in the other lever, take it to your local hardware store, and see if you can find one to match (it's a metric size, probably). A local bike shop might also have a couple in an old parts drawer somewhere.
