That's Alberta, particularly Edmonton. I had to go to southern Saskatchewan this winter for work. It was around -20F here in Fargo, -28F where we were in Saskatchewan, and -50F in Edmonton. And even colder in Fairbanks Alaska (which is close enough for government work to the North Pole.
