I rode a Flyxii open mold Chinese carbon road bike for 9 years and 8500 miles. Never had a nightmare about it failing and it didn’t. I only recently retired it as I got a great deal in a Trek Emonda SL7. I do have a monthly nightmare about work, been retired 2 years now.
I'm coming up on two years and I still get the occasional work nightmare. Usually it involves being told at the last minute that I have to stay for overtime, which was a frequent thing while I was working. Most of the time, the conscious part of my brain reminds me that I'm retired and I walk out saying "I don't have be here, I'm retired".
