Try plumber's tape on the threads. I use it on all my resealables like caulk, patchkit glue, shoegoo, super glue, etc.. The trick is using new tape on clean threads everytime you use any of them.
Eh, not to be argumentative, but Teflon plumber's tape is too big for most of the tubes you list (except perhaps Shoe Goo). Do you carry a small pair of scissors to cut the tape down to width along with your patch kit?
