Finally got the brakes setup.
With new stem, saddle, and brakes with the training wheels (heavy butyl tubes) the weight is 7.8kg. This is with pedals, cages, and computer mount.
It'll be in the 16s with the TPU tubes.
Now the only thing left to see is if the carbon wheels I have on hand will keep it in the 16.XX range.
That'll be a wrap for me tbh.
I have some carbon bars that would shave another two Oz but I think ill put them on a steel frame I'm building that has a higher weight penalty.
