To copy the window or screen contents
To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press PRINT SCREEN.
Note

To paste the image into a document, click the Edit menu in the document window, and then click Paste.

so once you hit the print screen key, you can go into something like paint, right clik and do paste or clik edit then paste. it will also allow you to add the screen shots to something like word. if furthur explanation is needed i'd be happy to help
