Nor do beds agree. More than one night in a row and my low back, hips and especially the left leg suffer and don’t function, sometimes at all, in the case of the leg/knee. How fortunate that I find myself living in an area where the vast majority of the population lives in hammocks, when not upright.
It's been a long time, but I don't recall a hammock being particularly comfortable.

According to my watch, 8,000 steps a day is a good target for being fit.
