The house next door here sold earlier in the spring there was no one obsessing about the size of the roses. To the contrary it had been poorly maintained for years and had squirrels (flying, not brown) living in the attic.
Yet the new people are happy to buy the house and move there. Maybe they recognize the quality of their neighbour?
