OK, the lettering above "Rider" seems vaguely Russian, and does look to say "Super," but the second letter (the Russian "U" looks like a "Y") is kind of clunky and looks like someone was trying to copy something by hand. Many years ago I went to Russia on a business trip. Before I went I tried to familiarize myself with the Cyrillic alphabet and the sounds each letter made. One evening as I was walking the streets of Nizhny Novgorod, I was trying to read business names and see if I could figure out what they were. I picked on at random. It looked like this:

I sounded it out, one letter at a time, then started trying to put the sounds together. It says "Jackpot"! Yes, I had mastered the Russian language.
