The square taper bottom bracket and rear derailleur hanger would suggest mid 70's. It has a sticker with "Campione del mondo 1966", but that's because this was the year they won the world championship. For the next 12 years, all their bikes got that sticker, right until they won it again in 1978.
I'm also curious as to what year it is. It has better campy bits (better than Valentino, which was garbage). I think those high-flange hubs should have a production date code. At first sight from a bad picture the components seem to match the 1972 Professional model, which should make those Campy bits Nuovo Record.
By the way, how much is this thing worth once it is back in running order? Now that it is going to be mine I suppose I should care about that :}
