Better idea, you might benefit from some actual rest days. You don’t get faster/stronger from training. You get faster from your body adapting to a training stimulus, which occurs with rest.

Dollars to donuts, you would get faster/ stronger, as well as reduce the risk of injury, illness, by incorporating an actual rest day, as opposed to drinking heavy water.
