Also, where is your training plan coming from? Is a coach actually telling you,to do this? If your hard days are truly hard, you’re riding 7 days a week, and your “rest day” is a long zone 2 ride, then you’re going to burn out, be injured, or best case just plateau well below where you could be with adequate recovery.
At a minimum, the lack of recovery will prevent you from going as hard as you could n the hard days, and will prevent you from reaping the benefits from your hard days. You get stronger not by going hard, but by inducing a training effect from going hard, and then resting, allowing your body to respond to that training effect.
Way better answer than heavy water is go truly hard when you need to go hard, then really easy to recover.
The path you’ve outlined leads to failure regardless of how much hydrogen you consume
