The 1600g Rovals are 800g lighter than my stock wheels. Huge difference. They are only 200g lighter than your wheels. You would need to be in the 1200g range for a big difference…
I wouldn’t get too hung up about wheel weight. A 1500g set would be plenty light enough for a casual 230 lb rider.
