Well, it can be. I did a few things:
  1. I quit drinking alcohol
  2. I quit drinking pop (soda for those not in MN)
  3. I quit eating donuts, snacks, candy, etc. at work
  4. I quit eating fast food
  5. I quit fried foods
  6. I drank lots of water when I got hungry or had cravings
  7. I ate fruit, vegetables, and salads
  8. I wrote down what I ate and tried to control portions
  9. I rode a little more and did pushups and situps
