Well, it can be. I did a few things:
- I quit drinking alcohol
- I quit drinking pop (soda for those not in MN)
- I quit eating donuts, snacks, candy, etc. at work
- I quit eating fast food
- I quit fried foods
- I drank lots of water when I got hungry or had cravings
- I ate fruit, vegetables, and salads
- I wrote down what I ate and tried to control portions
- I rode a little more and did pushups and situps
