I just measured it and it's a 49cm frame. I probably need a larger one. Otherwise, it needs quite a bit, as it spent its college years with one of my kids outdoors and mostly neglected (rusty components).
How did you measure? Frames with a top tube that isn't level can't be measured like a traditional frame
