Depends what you want to do with it, what cargo density. The front rack not being steered, is a plus for heavier loads, but still much higher CG than lowrider front rack, but the latter is useless for bulky parcels.
The rear frame is not triangulated, thus is dependent on the big high beam to keep the chainstays from flexing in bending just behind the bottom bracket and breaking in fatigue. So not the most efficient design in terms of weight.
