Do you mean changing the whole hub? Changing a hub requires that you remove all the spokes and completely rebuild the wheel. I have done this, but I have built dozens of wheels. You might also have to buy all new spokes if the hub flanges are a different diameter. You also have to make sure that the new hub has the same number of spoke holes. This isn't a job for a beginner. That new free hub body might seem like a bargain if you have to change spokes as well. Asking a bike shop to change the hub would cost quite a bit more than a new free hub body
Yeah,I was thinking about replacing whole new hub,but as you said It will be too mutch effort,trying to sell my 11 speed campa cassette instead and buy that campa-> shimano adapter
