Well, public indecency is on the books in a lot of states and you risk the ire of the local cops if you undress in public and somebody sees you and complains. That was the stupid part. I take off my cycling shorts all the time while parked at a public parking lot but I wrap a large towel around me so my ass not in view. That's all these guys needed to do, maybe this will teach them
That the cops would walk into a restaurant and arrest two people on the accusation of public indecency (i.e. gay water dousing) made by some random guy and lock them up for 10 hours is screwed up, and maybe worse is the shame that you’d jump up to defend it.
