Not quite Ergopower. They’re 7283046 guide cable plates for Cobalto brake levers, not needed when running them with exposed cables, but required for internal “aero” cable routing. Later C-Record levers for Delta brakes with integrated quick release used quite similar but not interchangeable plates. The plastic plugs plug the hoods when running internal cables but all the cool kids never bothered with them, much like crank bolt dust covers, back in the day…
