Thanks for the heads up, I think you're right...pictures of the long cage version are few and far between.

Unfortunately I am intending to use it on a triple, albeit a close ratio triple. 21t max cog size and 29t chain wrap.

Hmmm, maybe best to seek something reasonable like an ultegra 6500 short cage, it will perform my needs perfectly well.
