Yes, the Cri Series frames rode the brief fad for track-bike-with-brakes-and-gears geometry and then reverted to the conventional road design at about the same time as the Italian marques that had pioneered that geometry. Unfortunately,some people misattributed the hard ride to the aluminum frame rather than to the geometry.
