i ride ubersupercheapie ATAC aliums, have owned 3 pair now, and love 'em. no problems with falling out, ever. and i can't adjust the tension, but it doesn't matter, cuz i've never had problems...

screw SPD's. i fall out of that crap all the time. they don't have enough float, they come unclipped to easily no matter how tight you adjust them. they're an outdated technology. everything else is better, imo.
