My recent research into electronic shifting leaves me with the impression that SRAM is further along in developing the tech. I don't know if that translates into shifting performance but the setup looks to be easier and more flexible. They are closer to a setup with any derailleur with any cassette with any number of speeds, all set up with your phone. Plus they are wireless. You charge the components directly.
