I tried the Shimano equivalent and they do on the small-large chainring change but not the other way round. And the down shifts afterwards when going into the small ring are clunky. Turned it off because doing it manually simultaneously works fine.

I have no issue with the Ultegra cage length and it allows 34T. Surprised the SRAM one goes up to 36. That’s ch0nky.
