I’ve never heard of Columbia tubing (doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist), but I’ve heard of Columbus tubing, and per a quick web search, it seems at least some Ochsner frames were made with Columbus tubing.

If it’s a fork made with Columbus tubng you’re looking for, there are several on Ebay right now. They aren’t Ochsner, but I doubt you'll find one of those.
