Matt, great photos as usual. You have an eye for great shots . I am sorry to hear of your injury. Hang in there , being off the bike ain’t no fun . My mental floss has been on hold twice before from injuries , one was a bike related injury , the best part of healing was getting back on my bike!
Back on point , walking in my neighborhood means climbing some pretty steep hills and when my wife and I do our “ loop ‘round the hood” it really works different muscles and gets my heart rate up. No stroll in the park.
