From the description, the frame may be trashed. I’d confirm that it wasn’t before sinking money into a fork.
You aren’t going to know what company made the fork tubing when you ride it, but if you’re set on Columbus, keep searching eBay. Hopefully you can find a chrome plated one that will go with your bike color. I doubt Columbus themselves will be of any help to you.
