If you are looking at older RDs, avoid the 'low normal' versions. These have springs that work the opposite way from all others. IE: spring are designed to pull the RD towards the innermost sprocket.
I am aware of this and trying to avoid it. However it is sometimes hard to figure out which versions are low normal. Looks like the M760 is.
