It does not look like Eddy approves of his DS, though. If that is Lomme Driessens, that is no surprise, but I don't know if Driessens ever was in charge of any of Eddy's Molteni teams. Eddy famously told Lomme to perform an anatomically impossible act on himself in the 1969 (I think) Tour of Flanders when Driessens told Eddy to leave off what proved to be the winning long solo break, then tried to claim he instructed Eddy to make the attack when it worked. Eddy hated duplicity (probably still does), and Driessens was known to, shall we say, take some liberties with the truth in order to make himself look better..
