FYI, I found an RD-M761 SGS RD online for a decent price and it is on the way. It is rated 34T/45T which is 2 under what I need. Hopefully it should work with a 36 cassette.

BTW, were some of these RDs rated only 34Tmax because that was all Shimano offered at the time? I see that an M771 was rated 34/45 whereas the M772 was rated 36/45.

Now to find a 10-speed cassette I am currently looking at a CS-HG50-10 11-36. Is this a good choice?
