This pretty much sums it up.
Maybe a third group who have briefly tried tubeless with some poor choices of gear and/or lack of experience. Fitting tubes also has a learning curve, but most riders have gained that skill. Switching to tubeless requires a few new skills and some of them are actually much easier, like Dynaplug repairs at the roadside.
