I guess my bike really ISN'T a Schwinn Of Theseus, now I think about it.

I believe the main requirement for full Ship of Theseus status is that it has to have been in continuous existence all that time, which isn't the case with my bike. So, if the gravel bike that had all its original bits replaces might qualify, but if you rebuild the original it wouldn't.
