not everyone is as special as you 🙄
for the OP, however you do it, take care to finish off the holes smoothly and avoid any irregularities or notches that might act as stress risers. All of the Ti cracks I have seen (and there haven’t been many) that didn’t involve a weld originated at a hole in the tubing
