The drug comes from the in house pharmacy at the cancer center. CVS isn’t going to deal in a $14,682/month drug. They won’t even stock my $4,000/month pancreas enzymes. I have to call every month and allow three business days for them to get my pancreas enzymes.
CVS does have a specialty pharmacy for more expensive drugs. I don't know about five figures, though. They did call me about a week or so ago for some sort of follow up. I have not returned the call. #DifficultPatient

Surprising that Atlanta is higher than Knoxville. Then again, we're by a major body of water, and Atlanta has no water, so that kind of checks out.
