Well, here is the final product. A couple of notes... The 116 link chain was a couple of links too long and I had to shorten it to avoid interference at the RD in small/small. In Big/big the chain is technically out of the top portion of the FD cage and noticeably rubs. However, I don't plan on using this combination, it doesn't break anything and makes itself known if you happen to shift into it.

Thanks again for everyone pointing me in the correct direction! I haven't ridden it yet. Test ride tomorrow; 65 mile ride Saturday. Don't anticipate any issues.
