True. I was taking advantage of the fact that i already had a mitered tube. I will remember your tip about the lug for next time. I'm a bit beyond that for this practice session however. Just waiting for it to cool enough so I can rotate things and let gravity do its thing. No laughing, though i welcome questions about how i came up with this nutty setup.
