If you are wanting new, then why not go with a Microshift replacement for a older Shimano 10 speed STI. Or just get a used Shimano STI of any 10 speed except for the 4700 group of Tiagra. Tiagra 4600 will be fine.

At least I'm thinking that the 6700 series was before Shimano changed the pull ratio. If I'm wrong, I'll soon be corrected! <GRIN>
I thought 6703 refers to both sides, but it is a 3x10 setup.
