I used to visit forums to get clear information in order to avoid further confusion. However forums have become flooded with more confusing information and on top of this, when I do finally figure out the correct way to do something and return to share it, one or more clowns usually has to chime in with some wise cracks which usually irks me to the point of my next reply being "moderated" out of the thread (censorship = freedom of speech infringement).

I've included this because I'm setting up a 1x9 drive train on what was a 3x9 and all I'm finding is a bunch of confusing information from likely one person who is correct and a bunch of knuckleheads that just like to throw in conflicting and confusing information and whom do not get moderated out because nobody challenged or otherwise tried to correct the misinformation, or that they did and the entire part of the thread got moderated out. By the way did I mention that censorship is an infringement on freedom of speech?

So I'm going to go possibly waste a chain figuring this out on my own after wasting a bunch of my time trying to find the info I need in forums. I'm left to wonder why I still bother with this... Wouldn't it be a much better idea for the moderators to moderate out the wrong information than to focus on replies that, although support correct information, may not be so nice because the poster was provoked into a heated moment in the thread? I guess that would make too much sense in today's moronic society though. Go figure.
