I haven't been to TJ in close to 20 yrs.
Is a passport needed to cross back into the U.S. ?
The Coast Highway is a nice ride along the beaches from O'side to Torrey Pines. When I lived there that was a ride I did a lot.
A train ride back would be my choice.
