I tried adjusting the "cone" nuts and that's when I found out they were sealed bearings. (What I thought was a cone nut was just a regular nut.).
Within specification for a deep groove radial bearing, you won't notice it when riding and it will increase only slightly with use. Don't try to remove the movement with preload, you'll just break the bearings.
