Tourney has been showing up on lots of bikes that are of far better quality than the Tourney derailer suggest they are. There even seems to be a few levels of Tourney depending on where the bike comes from. HelMart bikes come with the lowest level Tourney that is made of Slagesium and really can’t be tuned to work properly. The Tourneys on higher level bikes are a bit better and similar to what you can buy after market. They can often be set up to work well for at least a while but not for long.
