Be wary of judging a bike solely by the fact it has a Tourney rear mech - sometimes it's a nicer bike that is worth upgrading the parts. Some manufacturers offer models with a range of component levels, which makes the cheaper versions eminently upgradeable - Tourney gears and a freewheel hub are worth upgrading to Deore 1x10 (and a mid drive motor) if you buy the bike barely used and aren't paying for labour. 😁
