The stock wheel set for a PX-10 would be Mavic Montlhery tubular rims laced to Normandy LUXE COMPETITION hubs, which to my knowledge were an OEM part only never sold as a loose component. They were primarily used on PX-10s and Gitane Tour de France models, but I am sure other French makers used them as well. Raleigh used them on at least some Competition Mk. II models.

I wasn't certain about the crank on that PR 10; good call. The stronglight 49 does provide a lot of chainring options.
