A correct weight comparison should be the total weight including mounting components for the two systems.

But even this comparison is not fully true because the hub are also different and using a converter from 6 bolt to Center Lock with a Center Lock hub make no sense, for a Center Lock hub, its always better to use a Center Lock disc (if it exists).
This may have escaped you -- just like it escaped you that I do have actual riding experience with 180mm rotors on 20" wheels, that I've completed two builds in the last year or that the "Brompton-exclusive" tire is not exclusive to Brompton -- but the wheels on this build are six-bolt hub, and the rotors on this build are the six-bolt RT66 part. But I encourage you to voice your displeasure and convey your concerns on the vid itself. Someone might actually care there.
