Thanks to both of you for your quick answers. I have super glue and will give the tightening method a try tomorrow. FWIW-the bolt had anti-seize on it and still looked like new once I managed to get it out. All the others were fine. Earlier in the day my saddle bracket broke while using the road bike on some rough trails. I thought maybe I picked up a gremlin or something.
