Bikes: Cambodia bike,2012 Fuji Stratos...

I have a double dingle speed bike, Surly 17-21 fixed cog and a ?? brand 17-21 freewheel with a 46x42 chainrings giving me 2 different ratios with the same chain length with either fixed of freewheel.
