What brand and model cassette and chain? Do they match up in type? Like, are both 11 speed or whatever? And, do you know for sure it is the chain slipping and not the freehub pawls not engaging? I run Campy 9-speed and SRAM 9-speed chains. But I am not sure I'd trust SRAM if I went 10 or 11 speed. If I go the next step or two, I'll step up and buy better chains. On my fix gears I go Eurasian Import cogs and Isuze ECO chains, both high quality and work well together. I'd do the same step up in chain quality and expense if I could figure out how to get bigger, more powerful quads. For now, I console myself that these modest quads are money savers.
